What to bring
For your dental visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork and plan to spend one hour for a dental exam, xrays if needed and to discuss what services you may need.
In order to save time, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
During your visit, we will discuss a treatment plan with you and your options as well as prices. We will bill your insurance provider unless their requirements are different, every insurance plan varies.
If your insurance does not cover what you need, or you do not have insurance, we work in partnership with CareCredit to help you receive the dental care you need. We are participants in Delta Dental, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and MetLife Dental networks.
We accept many other dental insurance plans and will assist with verifying coverage before performing any procedures. We also accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
